Headless e-commerce rebuild for a DTC plant brand stuck on a slow, bloated theme.
Their store took 6+ seconds to load on mobile, Google was punishing them for it, and the off-the-shelf theme couldn't do the editorial, content-led experience the brand wanted. Conversion was leaking on every page.
We rebuilt the front end headless on Next.js against their existing commerce backend — keeping checkout intact while replacing everything customers see. Editorial landing pages, instant navigation, image pipeline, and a design system the in-house team can extend.
