The challenge

A price that changes on every single job.

A fence isn’t a product off a shelf — it’s a spec. The site had to price and sell every version of every system without a human in the loop, for two very different kinds of buyer.

—Every run is made to order — system, height and length change the price on every job.
—Trade buyers wanted a price now; the old catalogue meant phoning or emailing and waiting.
—The range spans palisade, mesh, railings, gates and composite — hard to shop as flat pages.
—Contractors and homeowners need different journeys, pricing and delivery options.

What we built

The whole catalogue, made shoppable.

Every system is a live product, not a PDF. Pick palisade, mesh, railings or composite and configure it by height and run — the price follows, and it goes to an order, not an inbox.

W-section and D-section pales, triple-pointed, 1.8–3.0 m. The classic high-security perimeter — priced by the metre, made to order.

From order to doorstep

The website runs the whole job.

Fencing isn’t one kind of product. A £2 cap and a fully-configured 40-metre palisade run go into the same basket — and come out the other side as picked stock on a van. We built the engine that carries every order from checkout to delivery, whatever it’s made of.

One SKU, one price.

Caps, brackets, fixings, concrete inserts — hundreds of parts that never change. A fixed price, straight to the basket, no thinking required.
